Prices are valid for delivery from Slovakia to Germany. Prices do not include VAT. Delivery of parcels to a P.O. box address is not possible.

Home Delivery (Packeta)

Parameters of standard parcels:

Max 120 x 60 x 60 cm
Min 1 x 11 x 15 cm
Square solid packaging - carton / box

Parcels larger / smaller than the stated parameters or non-rigid / unpacked packaging will be charged as a non-standard shipment with a surcharge. This surcharge is charged at intervals and outside the normal shipping cost.

Examples of non-standard parcels:

Round or triangular
2 or more parcels tied / glued together
Parcel with an overlapping object / piece / part
Thin envelope
Packaging in black foil
Bag-shaped packaging
Ironing boards / bars / wheels

Within Home Delivery it is not possible to deliver other than home delivery, ie. than delivery to the address. For delivery to the pick up points can be used Hermes PP service in Germany.

Pay attention to smaller standard parameters!

Cannot be delivered to any delivery boxes.

For damaged delivered parcels in Germany, it is necessary to provide proof of damage within 5 days of delivery.
