Entering your e-mail is obligatory. After filling in and saving the form, we will send you an overview of filled in data via email and a link to complete or correct data on the form if necessary.
Fill in block 1 if you have opening hours without a break (e.g. 9:00 -16:00). If you have a break, fill in block 1 as opening hours before the break (e.g. 9:00 - 12:00) and block 2 as opening hours after the break (e.g. 13:00 - 16:00). If you are closed on any day, leave Block 1 and Block 2 blank.
