via the Mobile App Packeta?

Package the goods for shipping in suitable packaging. Enter the necessary details to send the parcel into the app.

Choose the nearest submission point, bring your parcel there, and inform the staff of your password to submit your parcel. You will find it in the app.

The staff of the submission point will attach a label to the parcel for shipping and hand it over to our driver.

We will deliver the parcel to the recipient at the specified pick-up point or address. If the parcel had cash on delivery applied, we will send the cash on delivery amount to your account within 10 working days.

No, you need to be connected to the internet while entering your parcel into the app. It doesn't matter if it's via mobile data or Wi-Fi.
