Simply in the app or via package tracking link. Z-BOXes do not have a terminal, payment by card when picking up the shipment is therefore not possible .

How to pay cash on delivery online

1. Notifications about the prepared package

Once the package is ready to pick up, we will send you a notification. From this moment you can pay cash on delivery in the app via the "Pay" button.

Cash on delivery at Z-BOX? Easily with or without an app

Cash on delivery at Z-BOX will be handled only with the help of your mobile. Choose one of two ways, pay and pick up your package – you are done in a moment .

With the application: Cash on delivery you pay using 2 clicks in the app. Z-BOX can be opened using app Packeta or inserting code via keyboard.

Without application: We will send you a link to complete the payment online (by card). You will receive the code to open the Z-BOX in your e-mails immediately.

How to pick up the package?

Your online payments are safe

You always pay only through PayU (do not continue with another payment gateway).

Sometimes you will confirm your payment via your bank's mobile key.

Save the card to save time. Your data is securely stored at PayU, not in the Packeta app.

After a successful payment, there is always an e-mail confirmation from PayU and Packeta.

Do you send Cash on
delivery via Packeta app?

Send packages within our service BetweenUs, Cash on delivery money will arrive within 2 days.

When creating a shipment in the Packeta application, in step 4 "Services", select Cash on delivery

Complete the amount you agree with the recipient and your account number

We will send you the amount within two business days after receiving the package and payment of the cash on delivery by the recipient.

You will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail.

When selecting the delivery point on the e-shop, you can see information about the payment options at a particular dispensing point or Z-BOX in the location detail (in the “Cash on delivery” tab).
Yes. Once the package is ready to pick up in the Z-BOX, we will send you an email with a link to track the shipment. On the shipment tracking page, click “Pay Cash on delivery”. You will get to the payment gateway where you can pay cash on delivery either by card. When paying by card via the payment gateway, you need to have an internet transactions must be enabled.
Yes, but only at a Packeta pick-up point or to the courier when delivering the package to your address. Z-BOXes do not accept cash.

If you are picking up a package from a Z-BOX, you can pay the Cash on delivery amount via the mobile app (card, Apple Pay/Google Pay) or through the link sent to you via the shipment tracking email. When paying by card (either in the app or on the payment gateway), internet transactions must be enabled.
In the app, you can pay by card (entered or saved), with an electronic wallet (Google Pay or Apple Pay).

When paying by card, you must have internet transactions enabled.
When paying (e.g., for cash on delivery or shipping fees), click the pencil icon next to the selected payment method. You can choose another saved method, add a new one (via “Add tab”), or remove an invalid one (via “Remove”).

When you pay online (via the mobile app or package tracking), we'll send a confirmation to the email address associated with your shipment.
If you pay by card or cash to our courier, we'll send your confirmation to your email.
Should you pay for your shipment by card or cash at a pickup point, the staff will provide you with the confirmation directly when you collect your package. 
Most of our pickup points allow cash-on-delivery payments by card or cash upon collection. However, we recommend verifying payment options beforehand – all details can be found in the specifics of each pickup point.
We will send you the amount within 2 working days after the delivery of the shipment to the recipient. Although we have accelerated cash on delivery process, you will not receive the money immediately — the delay is due to the process of selection from suppliers and the settlement process. We will inform you about the settlement of the payment to your account.
