Delivery of parcels to a P.O. box address is not possible.

How to make a customs declaration

A customs declaration must be completed for each parcel, which can be accessed in the client section.

The limit for payment of duty and VAT is CHF 65.

When the price of a parcel exceeds this value, customs duty and VAT are assessed and subsequently invoiced. The VAT rates can be found in the complete price list.

The mandatory items are:

  • EAN

  • Description of goods in English and German

  • Weight of the goods (please note, in case of multiple items in a parcel), please indicate the actual weight of the specific goods, not the weight of the whole parcel)

  • Number of items

  • Value of 1 item

  • Country of origin

  • 8-digit customs code

  • Correct telephone number with area code +41 for each item

  • If the parcel contains more than one item, the customs declaration requires a weight breakdown in kg for each item in the parcel
